**Job Description: Senior Manager, Product Design & Research**

**Role Overview:**
The Senior Manager, Product Design & Research will lead The/Nudge Prize’s product and design function. This role involves developing a long-term strategy, designing solutions for current and future challenges, and fostering research partnerships. The position requires guiding market-based solutions to address developmental problems in India through tech-based scale-up competitions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Lead the Product & Design function within The/Nudge Prize.
– Conduct primary and secondary research to define problem statements for prize challenges.
– Develop a theory of change and product design, focusing on market-making through inducement challenges.
– Identify thematic areas for prize challenges and refine boundary conditions.
– Establish global and domestic partnerships to support prize challenges.
– Design interventions and refine them based on execution feedback.
– Create data structures and processes for seamless challenge execution.
– Collaborate with Program Team, CSI stakeholders, Marketing, Analytics, Technology, and Impact teams.
**Qualifications:**
– Graduate or post-graduate degree in Economics, Behavioral Economics, or related fields.
– 7-9 years of experience in high-performing environments, preferably in intrapreneurial roles.
– Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
– Experience in tech startups or consultancy is a plus.
