1. Work closely with Senior Management, CEO to identify strategic priorities for achievement of Organization Mission
2. Convert Organization priorities into KRAs for Trust and work with teams for achievement of organizational KRAs
3. Drive the creation and updation of long term strategic plans
4. Ensure timely updation to Trustees on budgets, achievements & progress on strategic priorities
5. Train, guide and mentor other team members as required
6. Drive execution of strategic Priorities through respective teams
7. Drive strategic planning for themes & Institutions
8. Regular reports & presentation to Board of Trustees
9. Identify and set strategic priorities for organization
10. Drive execution of strategic Priorities through respective teams

13. Comfort with numbers. Ability to undertake financial analysis
