**About the ENABLE Program**
The ENABLE (Equity in Accessing Numeracy And Basic Literacy Education) program is a comprehensive intervention aimed at improving the quality of education for children with disabilities aged 3-9 years. Aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, ENABLE addresses the critical need for universal foundational literacy and numeracy (FLN), recognizing the unique challenges faced by children with disabilities in accessing these skills.
**Position Summary**
The Measurement, Monitoring and Evaluation Team (MME) at Pratham plays a vital role in ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization and its partners. The team is responsible for designing and implementing robust data collection systems, analyzing data to generate actionable insights, and informing program strategy and implementation. We are a dynamic and diverse team of individuals passionate about using data to create positive change in the education sector.
**Key Responsibilities**
This role offers a unique opportunity to own and drive impactful initiatives within the ENABLE program. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is passionate about data and its role in driving positive change. You will be responsible for:
* Understanding field realities and data requirements for the ENABLE program
* Conceptualizing and driving a comprehensive measurement and monitoring framework
* Designing and rolling out efficient data collection systems
* Analyzing and visualizing data to inform decision-making at all levels
* Contributing to the development of program strategy and driving efficient implementation
**Required Skills and Knowledge**
* Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint (mandatory)
* Basic knowledge of Tableau, SQL, and R (preferred)
* Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate insights from data
**Required Qualifications**
* Postgraduate degree or higher in any field (Engineers, Economics, Math, Stats is preferred)
* Minimum 4 years of work experience (some years of experience in the development sector is preferred)
