## Senior Officer, Strategy – EAII Advisors

EAII Advisors provides strategic and operational support to Evidence Action’s initiatives in India, helping to ensure the effective implementation of evidence-based programs.
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Officer, Strategy to join our growing team in New Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to Evidence Action’s programs in India, including developing and implementing strategic plans, conducting market research, and analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement strategic plans for Evidence Action’s programs in India, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
* Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for program expansion and growth.
* Analyze data and generate insights to inform strategic decision-making.
* Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, and private sector partners.
* Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to address challenges in the delivery of Evidence Action’s programs.
* Lead and participate in projects related to program evaluation and impact assessment.
* Prepare reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to leadership.
* Support the development and implementation of Evidence Action’s fundraising strategy in India.
**Qualifications:**
* Master’s degree in business administration, public health, international development, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in a strategic planning, research, or consulting role, ideally within the development sector.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with market research and data analysis techniques.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Commitment to Evidence Action’s mission and values.
**Location:**
New Delhi, India
**Working Setting:**
4 days a week in person
