Know our team
Nutrition International’s Operations unit is a dedicated team of program implementation experts who are responsible for contributing to the overall management of NI’s field operations in Asia and Africa. Nutrition International is seeking applications for Senior Program Associate, India to be based in New Delhi.
About you
You will have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least five years of working experience preferably in the development sector. Experience of managing program finances and monitoring contracts will be an added advantage. Skills on excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, competent IT skills especially Microsoft office/excel, good presentation skills, excellent team working skills, integrity, and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Hindi.
About the role
In this role you will be:
- Assist in the preparation of required documentation related to program activities, including budgets. Assist day-to-day project administrative responsibilities including determining funds available for operations management.
- Assist in organizing and executing workshops/meetings. Responsible for the logistics management for the meetings and workshops.
- Coordination with NI Asia and NI HQ on various program related issues, submission of contracts, grants agreements, travel letters, payment processes, financial reporting and all official documentation for review of the Procurement and Contracts Officer.
- In consultation with the NPM/NPO liaise with project partners on the submission of technical and financial reports and ensure that obligations are met by both the recipient and NI.
- Assist in preparing all necessary documentation related to program activities, in line with Program.
- Assist NI personnel with the management and tracking of milestones, ensure and upload the financial and technical reports in CDB, and process contract closure
- Assist in preparing briefing materials, presentations and assist in final completion, formatting, and printing of documents and reports.
