**Experience Required:**  

Minimum of 6 years in the development and education sectors. Proficiency in Hindi (read and write) is essential.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

– Manage relationships with government stakeholders, including senior IAS officials.

– Oversee program operations, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback.

– Organize workshops and review meetings with internal and external teams.

– Liaise with government departments for seamless collaboration.

– Travel frequently within the northern belt (U.P/Bihar/Punjab/Delhi).
