**Job Description: Senior Program Lead – UPHome**
**Location:** Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Stakeholder Management:** Build and maintain relationships with government departments, officials (especially at senior IAS levels), funders, and other stakeholders.
– **Operational Oversight:** Conduct meetings with department officials, evaluate programs, provide feedback, and collaborate with the government for seamless operations.
– **Workshops and Meetings:** Organize workshops and review meetings with internal and external teams.
– **Travel:** Be prepared for frequent travel within Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Punjab, and Delhi.
**Qualifications and Competencies Required:**
– Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the development or education sector.
– Strong understanding of Hindi (reading and writing).
– Proven ability to engage with government stakeholders and manage funders effectively.
– Excellent skills in partnership development and stakeholder engagement.
**Remuneration:**
Annual CTC starting at INR 8,00,000, depending on experience and competency.
