**Job Description: Senior Program Lead – UPHome / UP**
**Location:** Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
**Experience Required:** 6+ years
**Salary Range:** INR 800,000 – 1,000,000 per annum

**Roles and Responsibilities:**
– **Stakeholder Management:** Interact with government departments, senior IAS officials, funders, and other stakeholders to foster effective relationships.
– **Operational Oversight:** Conduct meetings, evaluate programs, provide feedback, and collaborate with government officials. Organize workshops and review meetings with internal and external teams.
– **Travel:** Frequent travel within the northern belt (UP, Bihar, Punjab, Delhi) is required.
**Experience and Competencies Required:**
– Minimum of 6 years in development and education sectors.
– Proficiency in Hindi (read and write).
– Strong ability to engage with government stakeholders and manage funders.
