**About the Role:**
The Bhumi Fellowship aims to transform the Indian education system by developing young professionals into change facilitators who improve school ecosystems. Fellows will focus on teacher professional development, leadership development, and whole-school transformation. The Senior Program Manager will lead the fellowship strategy, design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks, manage fellow development, mentor team members, and build partnerships to strengthen the fellowship model.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Lead the development and implementation of the fellowship strategy.
– Design and execute monitoring and evaluation processes for the program.
– Manage Leadership & Development (L&D) initiatives for fellows and staff.
– Mentor Assistant Program Managers to achieve fellow and stakeholder outcomes.
– Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the fellowship model.
**Skills and Requirements:**
– Proven experience in managing people or projects.
– Strong understanding of pedagogical aspects involved in teaching children.
– Excellent people engagement, networking, and listening skills.
– Knowledge of different curricula used in India.
– Ability to drive outcome-oriented plans through team collaboration.
– Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
– Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office).
– Emotional maturity and resourcefulness as a team player.
– Forward-thinking approach with problem-solving abilities.
**Salary:** Rs. 10-11 lakhs per annum, negotiable based on candidate’s profile.
**Minimum Commitment:** Three years.
