Connecting Dreams Foundation (CDF) is a non-profit organisation registered and licensed under section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956, Government of India.
Connecting Dreams Foundation aims to address the SDG-based challenges through entrepreneurial action and youth participation. CDF is working largely to utilize the potential of the youth and directing it towards activities that will lead to inclusive social development, enabling the achievement of SDGs. It provides the youth with an opportunity to bring about a sustainable and scalable change by working along the lines of 17 SDGs. We work to resolve a diverse set of challenges that align with the global narrative of SDGs, focusing on the multidimensionality of development from job creation, community development & empowerment, education, entrepreneurship, health, environment and many more.
It has empowered and created multiple urban and rural models for solving the key SDG challenges through systemic models of entrepreneurship.
Position: Senior Program Manager
Job Responsibilities-
- Plans, develops, implements, and coordinates project(s) or program(s).
- Designs and implements systems to assess, collect, maintain, and analyze data; generates interim progress reports, final reports, evaluation, and other information related to project(s) or program(s).
- Establishes and implements short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates operational effectiveness and effects changes required for improvement.
- Directs, manages, and oversees the daily administrative components of program(s)/project(s).
- Designs, establishes, and maintains staffing and an organizational structure to effectively accomplish the program/project function; recruits, employs, trains, supervises, and evaluates program/project staff.
- Develops and implements systems and processes to establish and maintain records for the operating unit.
- Performs community liaison and outreach activities for program(s)/project(s).
- May engage in contract negotiations and/or perform research; may produce and/or market project(s) and/or product(s).
- Develops and manages annual budgets for the organization and performs periodic cost and productivity analyses.
- Plans and develops strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the project; may prepare contract and/or grant proposals.
- Recommends, participates in the development of, and establishes policies and procedures; may serve on department/division/university planning and policy-making committees.
- May represent organization to various governmental agencies, funding agencies, national organizations others, the general public and others.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Working Hours: Monday – Saturday; 10-6:00 PM
CTC– 4-6 Lakhs P.A
Functional Details:
Key Responsibilities: Driving of Program for Impact
1. Ensuring Quality of Programs/Projects
- Provide strategic guidance to effective and result oriented programs in collaboration with the government for immediate and long-lasting changes in the lives of beneficiaries
2. Project Implementation
- Develop Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual work plan and ensure the implementation as per the plan
- Ensure adequate managerial and technical support to the team.
3. Project Review & Monitoring
- Conduct regular field visits with appropriate tools and checklists, including discussions with beneficiaries on program effectiveness, and feedback on improvements
- Conduct regular (monthly) analysis of program implementation, and monitor to identify strengths and weaknesses of the project and share the team for appropriate action.
- Conduct the Projects review of progress made by the team on a monthly /quarterly basis and identifies the areas where they need to improve in terms of capacity building and help them to make necessary changes in their original plans if required
- Ensure that high-quality reports are submitted on time to the partners and government.
- Comply with all relevant policies and procedures concerning child protection, health and safety, equal opportunities and other relevant policies for our stakeholders and team.
4. Capacity Development of Team
- Hiring, lead, manage the team and make sure they have clear objectives, results and work plans and receive meaningful feedback on their performance regularly regarding projects
- Lead on capacity building of team through coaching, mentoring and training
- Design and develop training manuals and facilitate in building capacity of the team, and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of different activities by them on the ground, (workshops, meetings and seminars).
5. Coordination, Collaboration and Networking
- Coordinate and communicate with the stakeholders regularly and establish a close working relationship with them

Education Qualification:
1. Post-graduate with 3-5 years of experience would be preferred.
2. Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.
