**Job Description: Senior Program Manager – Operations & Maintenance**

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Oversee end-to-end O&M strategies for 50,000+ interventions across Karnataka, Odisha, Jharkhand, and Northeast India.
– Coordinate post-installation activities, including training users and monitoring vendor performance.
– Develop innovative O&M models, track productivity, and provide feedback for program improvements.
– Manage budgets, cash flows, and financial reporting for O&M programs.
– Facilitate training workshops to enhance team skills and capacity.
– Ensure adherence to operational guidelines and report progress to stakeholders.
**Qualifications:**
– BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
– 10+ years of experience in service management, leadership, and relevant sectors.
– Strong understanding of technology, O&M systems, budgeting, and problem-solving.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multicultural environments.
– Willingness to travel extensively in challenging terrains.
