**Job Description: Senior Program Manager – Operations & Maintenance**

**Position Overview:**
The Senior Program Manager – Operations & Maintenance will oversee the post-installation operations and maintenance (O&M) of solar systems and equipment for SELCO’s livelihood programs. This role involves managing O&M strategies across geographies including North East India, Odisha, and Karnataka.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop and execute O&M plans for 50,000+ interventions.
– Monitor vendor performance and provide constructive feedback.
– Budgeting and financial management for O&M activities.
– Train end-users and team members on solar solutions and maintenance practices.
– Track and report program performance against benchmarks.
– Collaborate with teams to document progress and share reports with stakeholders.
**Qualifications:**
– 10+ years of experience in end-user service, management, and leadership in relevant sectors.
– Technical background (BE/BTech in EEE or equivalent) preferred.
– Strong understanding of technology, software applications, and O&M systems.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
– Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
– Willingness to travel extensively in challenging terrains.
