Collaborating with social sector practitioners, energy entrepreneurs, NGOs, and developmental partners, the foundation links sustainable energy to poverty eradication across sectors like energy access, health, livelihoods, and education.

**Role Overview:**  

The Senior Program Manager – Operations & Maintenance will oversee post-installation deliverables for solar systems and equipment, including training end-users, monitoring vendor performance, budgeting, and ensuring solutions function effectively. This role is pivotal in SELCO’s strategy to reach 50,000+ end-users across India.

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Develop and execute O&M strategies across geographies (North East India, Odisha, Karnataka).  

– Coordinate post-installation operations, maintenance, and training for solar-powered livelihood solutions.  

– Monitor vendor performance and provide constructive feedback.  

– Innovate O&M models and systems.  

– Track and report O&M efforts, productivity, and budgeting/cash flow management.  

– Organize training workshops and build team capacity.  

– Ensure adherence to operational guidelines and escalate issues when necessary.  

– Prepare reports for stakeholders and funders.  

**Qualifications:**  

– 10+ years of experience in end-user service, management, and leadership in relevant sectors.  

– Technical background (BE/BTech in EEE or equivalent).  

– Strong understanding of technology, software applications, and O&M systems.  

– Training and coaching skills to motivate employees.  

– Experience in budgeting and forecasting.  

– Proactive problem-solving, decision-making, and multicultural teamwork abilities.  

– Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn and grow rapidly.  

– Willingness to travel extensively in challenging terrains.
