**Position Summary:**  

The Senior Program Manager – Policy will lead in designing and implementing policies to enhance India’s STI ecosystem. This role involves collaborating with leaders and stakeholders to drive innovation and efficiency in scientific research and policy reforms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Develop and frame policy options to catalyze the STI ecosystem.

– Support leadership by providing research insights and recommendations.

– Engage with stakeholders to synthesize data and prepare policy materials.

– Execute organizational goals, ensuring alignment with budgetary targets.

**Qualifications:**  

– Master’s or doctoral degree from a top-tier institution in relevant fields.

– 10+ years of experience in public policy or STI sectors.

– Strong analytical and leadership skills with a passion for science and technology.

– Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
