**Job Summary:**

WWF-India seeks a passionate and experienced Senior Programme Officer to join its Bangalore office. This cross-functional role involves fundraising, sales, corporate engagement, citizen outreach, media strategy, and support for various environmental education projects.  The successful candidate will build and maintain relationships with corporations, government departments, and local communities to achieve fundraising and sales targets, increase public awareness, and expand WWF-India’s reach in Karnataka.

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and maintain relationships with corporations to secure CSR/grant funding and employee engagement programs.

* Achieve sales targets for conservation products.

* Represent WWF-India at meetings, events, and activities.

* Build relationships with media outlets to promote WWF-India’s work.

* Collaborate with government departments, local communities, and other stakeholders.

* Manage assigned projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.

* Support other program teams and the State Office as needed.

* Independently or with team/volunteer support, manage activities such as nature trails, clean-up drives, and festivals.

* Conduct research and assist in developing project proposals.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

* Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, fundraising, sales, or client-facing roles.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

* Ability to multi-task, work effectively in a team, and lead a team.

* Passion for conservation.
