**Job Description: Senior Project Associate – CM Rise Schools (Peepul)**
**Location:** Bhopal, Vidisha, Jabalpur, Khargone, Katni, Indore, Devas, Madhya Pradesh, India

**Role Overview:**
The Senior Project Associate will play a critical role in Peepul’s partnership with the Government of Madhya Pradesh to achieve quality education for all. This position involves leading and driving the design and delivery of interventions to support teachers and academic officials, ensuring accountability and excellence in public schools.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Collaborate with senior government stakeholders and Peepul leadership for project design, development, and implementation.
– Build consensus among stakeholders regarding program vision and objectives.
– Define success metrics and communicate them effectively.
– Work with the M&E team to develop evaluation tools and academic assessments.
– Own and drive project implementation at scale, coordinating with Peepul’s education and training teams.
– Utilize learnings from other programs to improve implementation.
– Create effective work-planning systems for prioritization and progress tracking.
– Develop data-driven systems for high-quality implementation and identify improvement areas.
– Collaborate with education specialists, subject matter experts, and field staff in a matrixed environment.
– Cultivate strong operational relationships with government partners and design partnerships with external expertise.
– Build capacity within government teams for ongoing self-improvement beyond the project’s end.
**Requirements:**
– Educational Background: Relevant degree in Education, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or related fields.
– Work Experience: 2-4 years of experience in the education sector, preferably in project management or implementation roles in India.
– Skills: Strong understanding of pedagogy, curriculum development, and teacher training. Ability to plan, execute, and monitor initiatives independently.
– Language Proficiency: English and Hindi.
