**Job Title:** Senior Project Associate – Development Impact Bond (DIB)

**Position Overview:**
The Senior Project Associate will support Peepul’s flagship reform initiative focused on assessment reforms under the Development Impact Bond (DIB) project in New Delhi. This role is key to driving educational transformation by enhancing teacher capacity and student learning outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Support the design and delivery of DIB Assessment Reforms.
– Develop training modules for teachers, school leaders, and stakeholders.
– Design assessments to track intervention impact.
– Build consensus among government and stakeholders towards program objectives.
– Facilitate training sessions and conduct classroom observations.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams and government partners.
**Qualifications:**
– Educational background in Education or related fields preferred.
– 2-4 years of experience in teaching, mentoring, or education-related work.
– Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
– Proficiency in English and Hindi.
