## Senior Project Coordinator – CM Rise Teacher Professional Development

**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Senior Project Coordinator to join our team. This role will support the implementation of our CM Rise Teacher Professional Development program in Guna, Madhya Pradesh.

**Responsibilities**

* Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to program milestones.

* Coordinate with various stakeholders including teachers, district officials, and Peepul staff.

* Develop and maintain program documentation, including reports, presentations, and training materials.

* Facilitate training sessions and workshops for teachers.

* Collect and analyze data on program impact, providing regular updates to the Programme Manager.

* Manage program logistics, including venue bookings, material procurement, and travel arrangements.

* Contribute to the overall development and refinement of the CM Rise Teacher Professional Development program.

**Qualifications**

* Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, or a related field.

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.

* Experience working on education projects in India, particularly in Madhya Pradesh, is highly desirable.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Commitment to improving the quality of education in India.
