## Senior Project Coordinator – CM Rise Teacher Professional Development

**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Senior Project Coordinator to join our team in Guna, Madhya Pradesh. You will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of our CM Rise Teacher Professional Development program.

**Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate all aspects of the program, including logistics, training, and monitoring.

* Develop and maintain program documentation, including training materials, reports, and presentations.

* Manage program budgets and ensure timely and accurate reporting.

* Liaise with government officials, school administrators, and other stakeholders.

* Conduct regular program monitoring and evaluation activities.

* Identify and address program challenges and opportunities.

* Contribute to the development of new program initiatives.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, or a related field.

* Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or program management.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Commitment to improving the quality of education.
