**Position Overview:**  

The Senior Project Manager will lead the District Project Management Unit (DPMU) in Madhya Pradesh, supporting the NIPUN Mission Implementation at the district level. This role involves governance, academic support, and strategic planning to enhance student learning outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Build and maintain relationships with district and block-level officials.

– Provide oversight for project deliverables and team performance.

– Lead strategic planning, goal setting, and implementation efforts.
