Qualification:
Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy, Bachelors of Physiotherapy / Occupational Therapy, / Masters in Public health courses
Experience:
Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy (Minimum (1- 2 years ) or Bachelors of Physiotherapy / Occupational Therapy (3 to 5 years ) or Masters in Public health courses ( 5 – 7 years )
Salary:
30K

Knowledge:
- Knowledge of basic social, behavioral, biological and physical science as required the program
- Knowledge of therapy foundation and theory, evaluation and treatment techniques, research and application, leadership and management as required by the academic program.
- Knowledge of current health care environment.
- Annual completion of required departmental and/or service competency learning materials
Job Role:
- Works under the direct supervision of the Rehabilitation Therapy Services Team Leader
- Oversee and coordinate operations with various divisional Rehabilitation executives
- Conducts program planning, and development and establishes goals and objectives for the program, including defining quality standards and developing work plans for meeting program deliverables.
- Manages the development, administration, monitoring, and evaluation of all program updates, and achievements including the preparation of guidelines, standards, and work plans to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Manages the development, administration, and coordination of the project budget and recommends the allocation of project funds.
- Manages and assures completion of program assessments, problem list arrival, Planning specific goals, Timely implementations, and periodical monitoring of the Rehabilitation executives
- Responsible for the needs assessment for the entire service recipients enrolled under the project and creating appropriate referrals to the concerned team
- Follow up and ensure that the appropriate management plans are implemented as per the goals
- Conduct periodical assessments and reassessments to validate the work efficiency in the community
- Responsible for the development of performance measures and the design and implementation of monitoring systems, quality assurance, and project evaluation activities, including measurement of patient outcomes, cost-effectiveness, and health system impact.
- Manages the development of program policies and procedures and ensures system-wide training, implementation, and monitoring.
- Manages the development, design, and implementation of evaluation activities to monitor program outcomes, compliance, cost-effectiveness, and system impact. Oversees the analysis of program data and development of program reports including findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
- Advises executive on critical issues related to program implementation and progress and provides recommendations to solve problems.
- Prescribes and implements a treatment program for all types of disabilities through the rehabilitation executives
- Develops the service’s patient care to meet the standards of care
- Prescribe appropriate assistive devices and conduct user training for all the required service recipients
- Ensure accessible environments in all the educational and community centers to promote inclusion
- Conduct appropriate pre-vocational assessments and direct the beneficiaries to appropriate vocational training
- Mentors others to promote quality and excellence of care
