Carnegie India is seeking a Senior Research Analyst in Security Studies to join its team in New Delhi. The role involves supporting the organization’s research on India’s foreign and security policies, with a focus on regional and global security dynamics, particularly India’s relationship with China, border securitization, and Indo-Pacific geopolitics.
**Experience Required:**
– Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in addressing key policy challenges related to India’s foreign and security policies.
– Strong preference for candidates with a proven track record of published work in these areas.
**Qualifications:**
– Advanced degree (Master’s or higher strongly preferred) in international relations, strategic studies, public policy, or a related field.
– Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet flexible deadlines.
– Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
The selected candidate will contribute to Carnegie India’s Security Studies Dialogue, an annual event that brings together scholars and practitioners to discuss critical geopolitical issues.
