**Job Title:** Consultant – Senior Research Assistant

**Job Location:** Gurugram
**Job Duration:** 6 months or co-terminus with the project, whichever is earlier
**Project Overview:** The HTAIn Resource Centre aims to build capacity in Health Technology Assessment (HTA), provide technical assistance to government bodies, conduct HTA studies, publish research findings, and disseminate information to stakeholders.
**Responsibilities:**
* Contribute to literature reviews and systematic reviews.
* Develop protocols for reviews, execute search strategies, and synthesize data.
* Conduct meta-analysis, cost data collection and analysis (including health system costs and patient-level expenditures).
* Complete economic evaluations, including protocol development, model building, data analysis, and report writing.
* Undertake data collection and supervise data collection sites.
* Perform basic statistical analysis.
* Contribute to training programs, including agenda development and material creation.
* Develop manuscripts and policy briefs for publication and prepare presentations.
* Liaise with ICMR, DHR, and other government agencies.
* Contribute to academic administration at IIPH Delhi as needed.
* Coordinate with PHFI staff on compliance, reporting, and administrative matters.
* Travel as required.
**Qualifications:**
* **Essential:** Master’s degree in Public Health, health economics, or a related discipline. 1-2 years of experience in public health, health economics, or HTA-related research.
* **Desirable:** Academic qualification in Health Technology Assessment/Economic evaluations. Capability of undertaking systematic reviews and/or preparing and running decision analysis modeling. Proficiency in MS Office, STATA (or other statistical software like SPSS, R, etc.), and Tree Age.
