We are looking for HR professional who could bring on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.

- Manages recruitment life cycle including search strategies, sourcing candidates, interviewing, negotiating offers and onboarding.
- Work closely and build strong working relationships with hiring managers and communicate consistently throughout the recruitment process.
- Market mapping of relevant companies, sectors, geographies, identifying target organizations, networks and talent pools.
- Manage recruitment for various project based as well as permanent roles across the geographies.
- Ideate and execute innovative sourcing strategies, referral campaigns, employee retention and internal transfers.
- Provide regular status updates and recruiting summaries for all open requisitions and recruiting activities to key stakeholders
- Keep abreast with local legislation and recruitment best practices, ensuring regulations and necessary compliances
- Manage weekly, monthly MIS and recruiting dashboards/metrics.
- Campus engagement, HR branding and other activities to make IPE employer of choice.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA in HR/ Social Sciences with at least 3-6 years of experience in the talent acquisition function.
- Experience of working in the Urban, Infrastructure and Public Health domain would be highly preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal skills & an ability to deal with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work in constraints as well as to challenge the status quo
- Proficiency in HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like DarwinBox, Taleo, Workday.
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly, and progressively take on new responsibility.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Organized, able to handle multiple tasks at one time, with attention to detail.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and systems.
