- Your Role:
As a Learning and Development cell in charge, your role would be to contribute towards and implement a learning and development strategy that aligns with the organization’s mission, goals, and objectives. Your aim would be to contribute towards developing and nurturing a skilled and knowledgeable workforce that is capable of delivering to the organization’s programs and services effectively. This role would also be anchoring the Management trainee program for CRY. - Key Responsibilities:
- Needs Assessment: Conduct regular needs assessments to identify the learning needs of the organization and design targeted training programs to address them.
- Training and Development: Develop and organize training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees. These could include technical training, leadership development, communication skills, project management, and other relevant areas.
- Performance Management: Work with managers to identify skill gaps and develop training plans to improve performance and work on strategy to link the LMS to Performance Management System long term.
- Learning Management System-Work on LMS, liaison with vendor and stakeholders for smooth running of LMS for online learning and upskilling of employees and functions.
- Budgeting: Manage the budget for L&D and MT programs and ensure that expenditures are within budget limits.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement changes as necessary to improve outcomes for all business
Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure that learning and development programs are aligned with talent management.
Design and implement the management trainee program at CRY with clear objectives, plan and defined outcomes.
You: - You must be a Masters degree in human resources or related filed with minimum of 7 to 9 years of
- experience in human resources and 3-4 in specifically learning and development or related field.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning tool.
