**Job Location:** Noida, India
**Job Summary:**
The Marketing Executive – Social Media Operations at ISDM will play a pivotal role in managing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand presence, engagement, and visibility across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the development sector. This position involves community management, performance tracking, and coordination with various teams to support ISDM’s mission of nurturing development leaders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Social Media Strategy Implementation:**
* Execute and manage social media campaigns aligned with ISDM’s goals and initiatives.
* Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop a content calendar.
* Ensure consistent messaging across all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
* **Community Management:**
* Engage with ISDM’s online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
* Foster relationships with stakeholders, including students, alumni, partners, and industry professionals, through active engagement.
* Monitor and report on audience engagement, community growth, and sentiment.
* **Analytics and Reporting:**
* Track and analyze key social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, conversions, etc.).
* Provide regular performance reports and insights to optimize future social media strategies.
* Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts and monitor campaign performance.
* **Collaboration & Coordination:**
* Work with various departments to promote key events, programs, and initiatives.
* Coordinate with external agencies or influencers when necessary to enhance ISDM’s digital footprint.
* Ensure that all social media activities are aligned with the broader communications strategy.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
* 0-2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the education or development sector.
* Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
* Hands-on experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Meta, etc.).
* Ability to analyze and report on social media metrics.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A creative mindset with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Passion for social impact and development sector issues is a plus.
**Remuneration:**
Remuneration for this role will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
