1) Understand the objectives of each social media campaign to be done for branded content.
2) Monitor, track, analyse and report the performance of content and ads on social media platforms using tools such Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Account & YouTube Analytics.
3) Define the performance matrix for each campaign accordingly in terms of Reach, Views, Engagement etc.
4) Design, run and manage social media ad campaigns to meet the campaign objectives across – FB, IN, Li, TW, YT
5) Produce relevant and engaging content across platforms – FB, IN, Li, TW, YT with the help of design and video team to meet the campaign objectives and goals.
6) Decide the ad and promotions budget and allocate the same across platforms
7) Manage campaign budgets and expenses on Facebook’s Ad manager, Google Ads Account etc. and optimise the same.
8) Resolve issues with the ads and get them resolved Help internal stakeholders such as – brand & marketing, sales, brand solutions, operations and social media content teams with insights on social media along with trends that will work on The Better India.
9) Create reports at the end of each campaign for branded content with insights from social media.
10) Sync up with The Better India’s internal social media and content teams on social media trends and planning so that both teams are on the same page.
11) Design and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies for all internal and external campaigns at The Better India
12) Copywriting abilities for social media posts would be advantageous.
13) Data analysis to be extracted for social media
14) Manage and publish content on all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter & YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences.
15) Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tool – Later, Hootsuite, Sprout Social etc.
16) Develop, launch and manage campaigns for partnership with brands.
17) Form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms in order to amplify TBI and client campaigns through collabs and partnerships
18) Collate and maintain all social media data and analytics such as followers, daily users, reach, views, audience profile, engagement etc. and provide the same on demand to different internal stakeholders such as sales, operations, strategy, brand & marketing, Founders Office etc.
19) Identify consumer trends to help with planning social media campaigns
20) Optimise content to further encourage community interaction and engagement
21) Recommend improvements to increase performance in branded content.
22) Manage and track budgets for social media activities for branded campaigns in partnership with The Better India and fill out the required worksheets for the same
23) Encourage collaboration across teams and departments
24) Proficiency in excel, google sheets, data visualisation, representation and reporting would be preferred.
Qualifications: –
• Having Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations or similar and certification in digital marketing would be advantageous.
Skills Required:-
• Proven work experience as a Social media manager
• Hands on experience in content management
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Familiarity with web design
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills
