**Job Description:**
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our Skill Ed program in Chennai/Namakkal. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering engaging and effective soft skills training, with hands-on experience as a facilitator.
**Responsibilities:**
* **Program Planning and Curriculum Development:** You will play a key role in planning soft skills training programs, aligning them with current industry needs. This involves creating comprehensive curriculum, designing engaging learning activities, and developing assessments to measure progress.
* **Facilitating Training Sessions:** Delivering interactive and impactful soft skills training sessions to diverse audiences, incorporating various training methodologies and techniques. You will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment and ensuring participants actively engage with the material.
* **Content Creation and Adaptation:** Developing and adapting training materials to suit different program requirements and target audiences. This may include creating presentations, worksheets, case studies, and other relevant resources.
* **Evaluation and Feedback:** Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide constructive feedback to participants. You will also identify areas for improvement and suggest modifications to enhance the learning experience.
* **Collaboration with Team:** Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth implementation of Skill Ed programs and contribute to the overall success of Bhumi’s mission.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Human Resources, or Psychology.
* Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in soft skills training, preferably as a facilitator.
* Strong understanding of various soft skills training methodologies and techniques.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to create engaging and interactive training materials.
* Passion for making a positive impact and empowering individuals.
* Willingness to travel between Chennai and Namakkal as required.
