**Job Description: Solution Design Lead – Bengaluru**
**Location:** Bengaluru, Karnataka
**Experience Required:** Minimum 3 years
**Salary Range:** INR 600,000 – 800,000 (Annual CTC)

**Role Overview:**
The Solution Design Lead will develop innovative solutions to address educational challenges at various levels, from grassroots to systemic reforms. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about creating impactful, future-ready solutions in educational leadership.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Conduct primary and secondary research to understand stakeholder needs.
– Design and curate educational assets (courses, tools, etc.) for diverse stakeholders.
– Develop standards and templates for solution implementation.
– Pilot and evaluate solutions, providing quality recommendations.
– Leverage technology for dissemination and monitoring.
– Facilitate capacity-building initiatives.
– Engage in partnerships for learning and resource development.
– Travel to field locations as required.
**Experience & Competencies:**
– Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in adult education or school leadership.
– Education degree or equivalent.
– Experience teaching in low-income schools.
– Strong research and problem-solving skills.
– Effective planning and time management abilities.
– Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
