**Solution Design Lead**

The Solution Design Lead plays a crucial role in understanding grassroots challenges and developing innovative, research-informed solutions to address the educational needs of stakeholders. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about creating impactful, future-ready solutions in educational leadership.

**Responsibilities:**

* Conduct primary and secondary research to identify stakeholder needs and gather relevant information for solution development.

* Create and curate various educational assets and solution packages (e.g., courses, case studies, tools, projects, session plans, handbooks) for stakeholders including teachers, head teachers, block education officers, DIET officials, and key resource persons.

* Develop and review standards and templates to enable the field team and education department officials to create and implement solutions at scale.

* Pilot and evaluate solutions to improve their quality and provide recommendations for implementation.

* Leverage technology to disseminate and monitor solutions effectively.

* Facilitate capacity-building initiatives to enhance solution design competencies across the organization.

* Utilize past experiences as an educator to provide insights and improve the quality of solution assets.

* Identify and forge new external partnerships to learn from existing resources.

* Travel to different field locations of Mantra occasionally.

**Experience & Competencies Required:**

* Minimum 3 years of experience in education or a related field.

* Bachelor’s degree in education or equivalent.

* Prior experience leading design efforts for adult education, particularly in school leadership development, is preferred.

* Experience teaching in low-income schools or government schools is highly desirable.

* Proven experience in primary and secondary research and problem-solving.

* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

* Ability to learn and adapt in uncertain and challenging situations.

* Excellent planning and time-task management skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

**Location:** Bengaluru, Karnataka

**Remuneration:** An annual CTC of INR 6 Lakhs onwards, depending on competency and experience.
