**Job Title:** Specialist-Supply Chain Management

**Experience Required:** Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in supply chain management within public or private organizations.  

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Support the implementation of supply chain strengthening projects in Bihar.  

– Collaborate with national and state teams on procurement processes and supply chain optimization.  

– Provide technical assistance and project coordination for health systems strengthening.  

– Liaise with government agencies to align project activities with policies.  

– Manage project timelines, deliverables, and reporting.  

**Qualifications:**  

– Postgraduate degree in Pharmacy, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, MBA-SCM, or related field.  

– Proven expertise in supply chain management within government or public health sectors.  

– Strong communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills.  

– Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
