Job Description

This is a remote position.

Established in 2000, Give aims to bridge the gap between the people who want to make a difference through giving back and those who need support. Give is led by a team of highly passionate individuals from top-tier institutions with decades of corporate experience.

Responsibilities:

 – Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive donor acquisition, engagement, and retention.

 – Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels such as Google Ads, Meta platforms, and more.

 – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

 – Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

 – Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to utilize and implement SEO techniques to improve platform visibility and organic search rankings.

 – Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications:

 – 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing.

 – Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.

 – Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 – Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

 – Creative thinking and the ability to generate new ideas for marketing campaigns.

 – Experience with SEO best practices and familiarity with content management systems.

 – A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills​
