**Job Title:** Sr. Associate – Client Engagement

**Salary Range:** INR 4–6.5 LPA (commensurate with experience and expertise)  

**About the Position:**  

We are seeking a Sr. Associate – Client Engagement to lead relationship management with CSR partners and philanthropic clients. This role requires strategic thinking and execution skills, ideal for those passionate about stakeholder engagement and social innovation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients.

– Understand client goals and align platform features to deliver measurable value.

– Manage onboarding processes for new partners and provide ongoing support.

– Oversee daily operations of digital platforms, including content uploads and user management.

– Curate and maintain high-quality partner content.

– Liaise with internal departments to deliver timely solutions.

– Monitor engagement metrics using CRM tools and generate performance reports.

– Develop storytelling content and support marketing collateral creation.

– Collaborate on digital campaigns and facilitate stakeholder events.

**Qualifications:**

– Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Development Studies, Communications, or related field.

– 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, CSR partnerships, or stakeholder-facing roles.

– Strong interpersonal skills and solution orientation.

– Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.

– Familiarity with CRM tools and project tracking systems.

– Proficiency in using LinkedIn for professional outreach.
