About the Position

Responsibilities

As a Sr. Associate, you will be working with the CSR Impact Advisory team. The team works on designing and building solutions that engage with our corporate clients needs and create measurable social impact. You will be working with the social impact practice team for background research required to structure CSR projects.

This role will require extensive background research (secondary and primary) and will cut across domains of education, livelihoods, healthcare, and virtual programs building. Your research will help to transform ideas to concept and concept to projects on the ground. You will be directly working with Associate Consultants- CSR in the impact team

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Fresh graduate, favourably from Development Background
• Good academic track record
• Inclination towards research
• Ability to demonstrate ownership, and work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment as part of a closely-knit team (showcasing patience, tenacity and grace under pressure)
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to write concisely, make presentations and data analysis
• Effective interpersonal skills
