**Job Description:**

Bhumi seeks a Sr Associate/Lead for Fundraising Operations to support the fundraising team.  This role is crucial in maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely communication, and preparing detailed reports using Salesforce.  The successful candidate will act as a liaison between the fundraising team and other program teams, streamlining processes and enhancing overall team efficiency.

**Responsibilities:**

* Daily Salesforce updates and weekly MIS report generation.

* Data management, reconciliation, and live receipts tracking in Salesforce.

* Cross-team collaboration to streamline processes using Asana.

* Supporting the fundraising team with due diligence, vendor registration, and MoU coordination.

* Managing all corporate communications, ensuring prompt and efficient internal and external support.

* Ad-hoc tasks as needed.

**Qualifications:**

* Any graduate degree.

* 1-2 years of experience supporting fundraising operations in NGOs (preferred, but freshers are welcome).

* Prior volunteering experience with Bhumi or similar organizations is a plus.

* Proficiency in Salesforce (essential).

* Advanced MS Excel skills.

* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to take ownership.

* Strategic planning, prioritization, multitasking, and project management skills.

* Resourcefulness in information gathering.

* Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

* Proactive and initiative-taking attitude.
