**Role Overview:**  

The Lead for the School Transformation Program will oversee the implementation of the program in schools. This role requires operational know-how, effective trainer management, strong stakeholder relations, and data handling to support Bhumi’s mission.  

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Oversee 10–20 schools and manage a team of trainers within the assigned district.  

– Collaborate with government stakeholders, including Education Department officials, school principals, and teachers.  

– Monitor and evaluate data from schools and trainers.  

– Maintain clear communication to ensure transparency and alignment on program efficiency.  

**Qualifications:**  

– Graduation with a minimum of 2 years of experience.  

– Experience working with schools and the education system.  

– Operation Management skills for effective delivery.  

– Reporting, training, and data handling expertise.  

– Ability to manage and mentor teams.  

**Skills Required:**  

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.  

– Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.  

– Emotional maturity to build relationships and support team development.  

**Salary Range:** 4.6Lpa – 5.2Lpa (based on candidate profile)  

**Expected Start Date:** Immediate
