**Job Location:** Chandigarh / Amritsar / Jalandhar

**Experience Required:** 1- 2 years of relevant work experience is desirable, with Master/Volunteer experience.

**Job Description**

We are seeking a passionate and driven Sr. Engagement Associate to join our team and help us expand our reach and impact in the social sector. In this role, you will be responsible for:

* **Planning and strategizing** the implementation plan of projects with top management of the institutes for time-bound adoption of the platform as per their needs and requirements.

* **Leading partnerships** with schools and potential institutes for ground-level implementation of skilling programs.

* **Researching, identifying, and mapping** potential Government agencies, NGOs, CSR Foundations, Academic institutes, and Schools in line with education and skill development programs.

* **Managing external communication with client organizations** to enable and manage program implementation by onboarding new learners and ensuring end-to-end program execution and engagement.

* **Facilitating and coordinating** sessions, meetings, events, workshops, master classes, project-based learning camps, and other activities for school students & young adults.

* **Creating knowledge resources** such as content for capacity-building workshops, reports, etc., to stimulate effective program execution.

* **Curating and organizing** capacity-building sessions for school students, young adults, principals, teachers, professors, and other relevant stakeholders on 21st-century and life skills.

* **Monitoring and tracking** project details, data & records of all the stakeholders for better coordination and implementation.

* **Extensive traveling** as per project need.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

* Graduate/ post-graduate degree in any discipline with an understanding of India’s social/development sector.

* Domain expertise in India’s education/life skills / CS / IT sectors would be an added advantage.

* Prior experience in partnerships portfolio will be preferred.

* Designing Sessions, Public Speaking, and Session Facilitation experience.

* Effective writing, communication, and presentation skills.

* Demonstrated ability to build & manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.

* Fluency in English language.

**Salary:** INR 3.5 – 6 LPA (Depending on experience and knowledge)
