**Job Title:** Sr. Engagement Associate – CSR

**Job Summary:**
This role requires a Sr. Engagement Associate to support CSRBOX’s mission by contributing to educational and technology-driven projects. The position involves on-ground implementation, stakeholder management, and impactful program delivery across various cities.
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead on-ground implementation of technology and education projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for efficient execution.
* Conduct field visits, stakeholder meetings, and workshops to assess and address local needs.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with project partners (schools, NGOs, government agencies, corporate partners).
* Coordinate with educational institutions to promote program adoption and ensure ongoing engagement.
* Design and deliver training sessions for students, teachers, and administrators on technology tools and educational modules.
* Prepare comprehensive reports, case studies, and data summaries to capture project impact and outcomes.
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure program effectiveness through regular evaluations.
* Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to optimize project outcomes.
* Collaborate with the internal CSRBOX team to design and scale initiatives, and identify partnership expansion opportunities.
* Extensive travel as required by project needs.
**Mandatory Qualifications and Experience:**
* **Education:** B.Tech in Electronics & Communication/Computer Science, MCA, or a related IT field.
* **Experience:** 6 months to 3 years of experience in education, technology, or project management.
* **Skills:** Strong facilitation and communication skills; proficiency in report writing, documentation, and data analysis; familiarity with technology integration in educational settings; willingness to travel for fieldwork; proficiency in English and a local language is advantageous.
