**Job Title:** Sr. Engagement Associate – CSR Programs

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Engagement Associate to play a crucial role in the implementation of our CSR programs. This position requires strong communication, project management, and stakeholder relationship skills.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute project implementation plans in collaboration with institutional leadership, ensuring timely adoption of the platform.
* Cultivate and manage partnerships with schools and institutions for on-the-ground implementation of skill development programs.
* Identify and map potential partners including government agencies, NGOs, CSR foundations, academic institutions, and schools aligned with education and skill development initiatives.
* Manage external communication with client organizations to oversee program implementation, onboard learners, and ensure program execution and engagement.
* Facilitate and coordinate sessions, meetings, events, workshops, masterclasses, and project-based learning camps for students and young adults.
* Develop knowledge resources, including content for capacity-building workshops and reports.
* Design and deliver capacity-building sessions for students, young adults, educators, and other stakeholders on 21st-century and life skills.
* Monitor and track project details, data, and records for all stakeholders to optimize coordination and implementation.
* Extensive travel as required by project needs.
**Mandatory Qualifications and Experience:**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline with a demonstrated understanding of India’s social/development sector.
* Domain expertise in India’s education, life skills, CS, or IT sectors is a plus.
* Proven experience in portfolio partnerships.
* Proficiency in session design, public speaking, and session facilitation.
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* At least two years of relevant work experience is preferred; volunteer experience will be considered.
* Fluency in English.
**Salary:** ₹400,000 – ₹600,000 per annum (depending on experience and knowledge)
