Smile Foundation is looking for an enterprising, talented and ambitious Communication Executive to help us develop exceptional and meaningful creative and content products. Joining Smile Foundation’s communication division means being part of a creative, disruptive, forward-thinking team who set a high bar for innovation and success in a fast-paced and changing environment.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for copy writing, visualization, creative supervision and collaborative projects with a high level of openness and inquisitiveness.

The ideal candidate should be able to:

  • Manage relationships with a few internal departments, peers, creative agencies and associates, vendors and partners
  • Plan, develop and execute content and creative projects
  • Devise solutions for marketing communication and fundraising functions
  • Keep track of industry trends, audience and peers, provide input to strategic plans

Key job responsibilities

  • Key job responsibilities will include content and creative planning, execution; maintain relationship crucial internal and external stakeholders, and actively be a part of the whole process of being a brand custodian

Basic Qualifications

  • A degree in literature, communication or a relevant field
  • 4-5 years’ of experience with adequate exposure into copy writing, editing, content management or creative visualization
  • Experience of working in a creative or advertising agency will be an advantage
  • Knowledge on traditional and digital medium with respect to content and creative communication will be essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience of copy writing, editing and creative processes
