We have been implementing CSR projects for a few large CSR companies including IBM, Diageo, Cadila Pharma, Arvind Ltd, Airbus, PNB Housing Finance, and others. We have our programs in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Haryana, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra.
About the Position
The Senior HR Associate is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to the organization. They will work closely with the HR team and other stakeholders to deliver HR services and programs effectively and efficiently. The Senior HR Associate will handle a wide range of HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Responsibilities
Recruitment and Selection:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments of candidates.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks and facilitate the onboarding process.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support managers in resolving employee conflicts and disciplinary issues.
- Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions.
Employee Engagement:
- Actively organise employee engagement activities.
- Plan/curate birthdays, festivals and work anniversary celebrations.
- engagement activity for better team bonding and mental health and wellness.
HR Policy and Compliance:
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Stay updated with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure adherence to HR policies.
HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics as required.
- Assist in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Mandatory Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Associate or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- A minimum of 1 year work experience in project handling and management.
- Clear and systematic thinking that demonstrates good judgement, expert problem solving, and creativity
- Pro-active and self-initiator.
