**Position Summary:**
TCF seeks Sr. Manager / Associate Director – Talent Acquisition to lead talent acquisition efforts and support its partner organizations. This role is crucial for experienced professionals passionate about the impact sector and skilled in scaling organizations through strategic talent acquisition.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Innovate talent sourcing strategies and build strong candidate pipelines.
– Design recruitment strategies tailored to the impact sector.
– Lead and manage the recruitment team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
– Collaborate with partner organizations to align hiring efforts.
– Oversee full recruitment processes and maintain a robust talent database.
**Required Qualifications:**
– **Education:** Undergraduate or master’s degree from top-tier institutions in business, industrial/organizational psychology, HR, communications, or related fields.
– **Experience:** 12-18 years of experience in talent management with significant team leadership.
– **Skills:** Exceptional networking and communication skills, strategic planning abilities, and adaptability.
– **Personal Characteristics:** Innovative, proactive, collaborative, and sensitive to organizational values.
