## Job Title: Sr. Manager – CSR and Education Programs

**Job Location:** Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

**Experience Required:** Minimum 6 years of experience managing education programs through CSR or philanthropic funding.

**Responsibilities:**

* Lead and manage CSR and education programs aligned with BharatCares’ strategic goals.

* Develop and implement program strategies, goals, and objectives.

* Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs.

* Prepare and present detailed program reports to stakeholders.

* Maintain effective communication with partners, donors, and beneficiaries.

* Write proposals, grant applications, and other communication materials.

* Supervise and support a team of program coordinators and volunteers.

* Foster a positive team environment and ensure professional development opportunities for team members.

* Oversee operational aspects of program delivery including logistics, resource allocation, and budget management.

* Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

* Implement and maintain effective data management systems for program tracking and reporting.

* Analyze program data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, NGOs, and government agencies.

* Represent BharatCares at conferences, meetings, and networking events.

* Willingness to travel as required for program implementation, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.

**Mandatory Qualifications and Experience:**

* Minimum 6 years of experience managing education programs through CSR or philanthropic funding.

* Proven track record in team handling, operations, and data management.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

* Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.

* Experience working in the social sector or non-profit organizations.

* Knowledge of the local education landscape and CSR regulations.

* Advanced degree in Education, Social Work, Business Administration, or related fields.

**Salary:** INR 8.40 LPA – 10.80 LPA (Depending on the relevant experience)
