**Job Description: Sr. Manager – Social Impact Solutions**

**Salary Range:** INR 10.80 LPA – 14.00 LPA (Depending on Experience)

**Position Overview:**
As Sr. Manager – Social Impact Solutions, you will lead strategic initiatives to drive positive social impact and sustainability. This role involves developing strategies, managing cross-functional teams, engaging stakeholders, and integrating sustainability practices across the business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Social Impact Strategy:** Formulate innovative strategies aligned with the company’s mission.
– **Initiative Development:** Design and execute impactful programs, ensuring effective resource allocation and budget management.
– **Stakeholder Engagement:** Build relationships with NGOs, government bodies, and corporate partners to co-create initiatives.
– **Impact Measurement:** Establish KPIs and report on initiative effectiveness using sustainability standards like GRI and SASB.
– **Sustainability Integration:** Collaborate with departments to embed responsible practices throughout the value chain.
– **Innovation:** Stay updated on trends and propose enhancements to existing strategies.
**Qualifications:**
– Post-graduate degree in Management, Social Science, or Rural Management.
– Minimum 4 years of CSR experience (as per Section 135 of the Companies Act), including 2+ years in social sector consulting or project management.
– Proven track record in leading social impact initiatives.
– Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks and trends.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and data analysis skills.
