**Position Summary:**
The Sr. Manager – Strategy and Learning will play a crucial role in researching, analyzing, evaluating, and communicating the impact of Indus Action’s initiatives. A significant aspect of this role involves facilitating organizational learning by integrating project insights into internal processes and disseminating knowledge effectively across teams. This position requires passion for social impact, strong research and data analysis skills, and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Excellent communication and storytelling skills are essential to convey impact and enhance internal knowledge.
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
* **Research:** Design research methodologies, develop sampling strategies, conduct data collection (surveys, interviews, focus groups, literature reviews), manage data quality, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
* **Reporting:** Prepare comprehensive reports, impact assessments, and case studies; translate research findings into accessible insights for various communication channels (blogs, website, newsletters). Engage with partner organizations for joint fieldwork.
* **Learning & Development:** Foster a culture of continuous learning, develop and implement learning initiatives, author quarterly learning memos, and collaborate with different functions to integrate learning into their practices.
**Requirements:**
* **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in public policy, development management, program evaluation, or a related social science field.
* **Experience:** 3-4 years of experience in policy implementation, impact communications, research, and/or program evaluation.
* **Skills:** Strong analytical and research skills; excellent communication skills; a strong drive to contribute to welfare and poverty alleviation initiatives.
