**Job Description:**

BharatCares is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr. Program Associate for CSR and Healthcare. This role will be responsible for assisting with the design, implementation, and monitoring of healthcare programs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have the ability to effectively manage data. They will also be willing to travel as needed to various program locations.

**Responsibilities:**

* **Program Implementation:**

    * Assist in designing, implementing, and monitoring healthcare programs.

    * Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

    * Coordinate with stakeholders including beneficiaries, partners, and donors.

* **Communication and Reporting:**

    * Prepare and present detailed program reports to stakeholders.

    * Maintain effective communication with partners, donors, and beneficiaries.

    * Write proposals, grant applications, and other communication materials.

* **Data Management:**

    * Maintain accurate records of program activities and participants.

    * Prepare and submit regular reports on program progress and outcomes.

    * Analyze data to assess program impact and identify areas for improvement.

* **Stakeholder Engagement:**

    * Build and maintain relationships with local communities, government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders.

    * Represent BharatCares at meetings, events, and conferences related to healthcare.

* **Travel:**

    * Travel as required to various program locations for implementation, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.

**Mandatory Qualifications & Experience:**

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing healthcare programs through CSR or philanthropic funding.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

* Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.

* Willingness to travel as required.

* Master’s in Public Health or a similar area.

* Experience working in the social sector or non-profit organizations.

* Knowledge of local healthcare ecosystems. 

**Compensation:** INR 6.50 LPA – INR 8.40 LPA (Depending on the relevant experience).
