We have been implementing CSR projects for a few large CSR companies including IBM, Diageo, Cadila Pharma, Arvind Ltd, Airbus, PNB Housing Finance, and others. We have our programs in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Haryana, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra.

About the Position

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging learning activities and course content that enhances skills & knowledge of learners.
• Partner, collaborate & work with subject matter experts/ organisations to curate courses for the target audience’s training.
• Review, Proof-Read & On-Board courses on the SkillsBuild (IBM LMS) as per the set standards and procedure
• Coordinate with IBM India Team, IBM Global Team and third party organisations for content development, curation & on-boarding.
• Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished course
• Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts
• Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, quiz, games etc) for the courses
• Maintain project documentation and course folders
• Working on knowledge management of the IBM SkillsBuild Platform resources.
• Create templates, SOPs and other resources for delivery sessions to the target audience

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Post-Graduate Degree in any discipline with an understanding of Social/Development sector in India
• 1-3 years of experience in content creation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to research domain specific information to create in-depth-content for various disciplines of Technical, Management and Social Sciences sector
• Creativity, Curiosity, and the ability to develop original content
• Flexibility with strong sense of ownership for work
• An impeccable grasp of the English and Hindi language is a must
• End-to-end results approach: Understanding of the entire content marketing lifecycle and making an impact on the learning results
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with speakers/ content providers
• Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary proficiency 
• Proficiency over writing programs such as Google Docs, and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point

Technical Requirements (Added advantage)

• Basic technical knowledge of Web Page Designing, Design Thinking, Design Elements, User Interface Designs
• Basic technical knowledge of languages like HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery  to create user-friendly web pages
