We spearhead two collaborative platforms; India Livelihoods Collective and IMPAct4Nutrition.

We have been implementing CSR projects for a few large CSR companies including IBM, Diageo, Cadila Pharma, Arvind Ltd, Airbus, PNB Housing Finance, and others. We have our programs in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Haryana, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra.

About the Position

Responsibilities

• Help in project planning. Work with Project Manager towards defining the project processes, strategies of successful implementation and reporting framework
• Designing and developing SoPs and project modules to ensure flawless execution of the project
• Coordination with the non-profit partners and social enterprises for project implementation
• End to end development, execution/implementation, monitoring, reporting of CSR projects
• Liaising with stakeholders, corporate partners, government, local authorities, NGOs partners and internal team for seamless implementation of CSR projects
• Work towards initiatives for overall development of organization’s portfolio in Chennai and surrounding geographies
• Overall monitoring of the project
• Filling the gaps in implementation process
• Documentation and Client Reporting
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders of the project 

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree/ Master’s Degree in development, marketing, entrepreneurship, social science or equivalent
• A minimum of 1.5 years work experience in project handling and management
• Clear and systematic thinking that demonstrates good judgement, expert problem solving, and creativity
• Proven operational and management capabilities
• Excellent project management skills
• Willingness to work on field as required
• Ability to manage field teams
• Pro-active and self-initiator
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication skills
• Computer literacy with good Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and Power Point skills
