## Sr. Project Manager – DIB

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Sr. Project Manager** to join our team in **New Delhi, Delhi** and lead the implementation of our **Digital Interventions for Education (DIB)** program. This role will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of DIB projects.

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

* Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including internal staff, external partners, and stakeholders.

* Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.

* Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

* Track and report project progress, including key metrics and deliverables.

* Foster strong communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

* Contribute to the continuous improvement of DIB program processes and methodologies.

* Conduct thorough project documentation and knowledge sharing.

* Participate in the development and implementation of new DIB projects.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Project Management, Business Administration, or Education.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the education sector.

* Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

* Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Proficient in project management software tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).

* Experience with digital intervention programs in education is highly desirable.
