**Experience Required:** 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the education or development sector.

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Sr. Project Manager** to join our team. The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of projects related to our **DIB (Disability Inclusive Basic Education)** program. 

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines.

* Lead and motivate project teams, including internal staff and external partners.

* Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues.

* Develop and implement mitigation strategies for risks and issues.

* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

* Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.

* Collaborate with other program staff to ensure project alignment with overall program goals.

* Stay up-to-date on best practices in project management and disability inclusive development.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as education, development, or project management.

* 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the education or development sector.

* Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

* Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Commitment to the mission and values of Peepul.

* Experience working with children and youth with disabilities is a plus.
